NexPoD Energy is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to design and validate the assembly process for our LFP-based Battery Energy Storage Systems, from bare cell to finished pack.
This is a ground-floor chance. You will not inherit a process. You will build one.

What You'll Own:
Design the factory floor plan and line layout for our BESS pack assembly facility in Coimbatore
Evaluate, select, and qualify all assembly machinery: cell handling, laser welding, BMS integration, EOL testing
Define and document SOPs, work instructions, takt time, and line balancing
Validate the complete assembly process from bare LFP prismatic cell to finished battery pack
Lead PFMEA, DFM reviews, and process qualification with quality and engineering teams
Drive continuous improvement on yield, cycle time, and throughput from Day 1

You Are:
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering
4 to 8 years in battery pack, EV, or industrial automation manufacturing




Hands-on with LFP prismatic cell assembly: modules, busbars, BMS integration, testing
Comfortable owning a process end-to-end without waiting to be told what to do
Bonus: Experience with laser welding, liquid-cooled pack assembly, or MES integration
