Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly connected and proactive Talent Agent to manage celebrity and artist relationships while driving brand endorsements, casting opportunities, OTT projects, digital campaigns, films, web series, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage and represent celebrities, actors, influencers, artists, and content creators.
• Build strong relationships with casting directors, production houses,



OTT platforms, filmmakers, agencies, and brand teams.
• Source and secure brand endorsements, advertisements, appearances, campaigns, films, web series, and event opportunities.
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, retainers, and partnership agreements.
• Manage artist calendars, meetings, travel schedules, auditions, shoots, and project coordination.
• Develop long-term growth strategies for assigned talent.
• Create and maintain robust industry relationships across entertainment, media, and advertising.
• Coordinate closely with brands and agencies for celebrity collaborations and endorsements.
• Handle talent image management and career planning.
Ideal Candidate
• 3–8 years of experience in Celebrity Management, Talent Management, Artist Management, Brand Endorsements, or Entertainment Partnerships.
