Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Social Media & Community Manager to lead RACEi N PARC’s digital presence across all social media platforms.
This role is not limited to content posting. You will be responsible for planning campaigns, coordinating shoots, managing online communities, maintaining brand consistency, tracking performance, and driving audience engagement both online and offline.
If you understand internet culture, short-form content, brand storytelling, automotive culture, and community growth, this role is for you.
Responsibilities Plan and execute social media content strategies and campaigns
Coordinate with videographers, editors, photographers, and creators




Manage and grow Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other social platforms
Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms
Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual identity
Respond to DMs, comments, reviews, and customer queries professionally
Engage actively in RC, automotive, gaming, drifting, and enthusiast communities/forums
Track analytics and performance metrics across campaigns and platforms
Identify trends, viral opportunities, and content ideas
Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
Capture behind-the-scenes content and customer moments when required
Report weekly performance insights and growth opportunities
Requirements Experience managing social media pages for brands, creators, startups, or businesses
Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and content trends
Excellent communication and community engagement skills
