About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer / Lead to design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in building Gen AI applications, combined with expertise in Python, cloud platforms, and MLOps tooling.

What You'll Do:
Lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions using LLMs and related frameworks.
Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence systems, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Develop and maintain end-to-end Gen AI pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Implement and manage MLOps practices for model training, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
Leverage cloud platforms (preferably AWS) for model deployment and infrastructure optimization.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering,



Mathematics, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
Strong programming expertise in Python.
Solid experience with cloud platforms: AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Sage Maker, or Azure ML.
Experience in building and deploying LLM-based solutions and working with Gen AI frameworks.
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and scalable system design.
