Senior Executive / Manager – Government Liaison, Approvals & Compliance
Real Estate / Hospitality / Infrastructure Projects – Jaipur & Rajasthan
A diversified and growing project development group is looking for a highly capable professional to handle government liaison, statutory approvals, and regulatory coordination for real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure-related projects across Rajasthan.
The role requires a practical, resourceful, and proactive individual with strong knowledge of building approvals, land matters, government procedures, and inter-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Government Liaison & Approvals
Handle end-to-end liaison work with government departments, local authorities, development authorities, municipalities, Housing Board, revenue departments, RIICO, JDA, Town Planning, UITs, tourism departments, and related agencies.
Coordinate and follow up for:
Building plan approvals
Land use conversion / change of land use (CLU)
Lease deed and land title related matters
NOCs and statutory permissions
Completion and occupancy related approvals




Commercial and hospitality project approvals
Visit government offices regularly, meet concerned officials, and ensure timely movement and closure of files.
Maintain solid working knowledge of practical procedures, documentation requirements, and departmental processes.
Regulatory & Research Responsibilities
Study and interpret:
Building bylaws
Development control regulations
Land and property related rules
Government circulars, notifications, and policies
Track changes in laws, procedures, and approval systems.
Conduct independent research and prepare notes/summaries for management.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, legal advisors, and government representatives.
Commercial, Accounts & Administrative Coordination
Assist in: Purchase coordination
Vendor documentation
Basic accounts and billing follow-up
File management and documentation
Preparation of official corr
