Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented legal professional to join our Corporate Legal team as a Senior Manager. The role will be responsible for handling end-to-end contract management and legal documentation support across business functions. The candidate will play a key role in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage various commercial agreements including: NDAs MSAs SOWs RFP/RFI related documents Vendor and customer contracts Service agreements and other legal/commercial documents
• Handle end-to-end contract lifecycle management from initial review to contract execution/signature.
• Provide legal support for business proposals, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations. • Identify legal and contractual risks and provide practical risk mitigation recommendations.
• Ensure contractual and post-contract compliance from a legal and governance perspective.




• Work closely with internal stakeholders including business, delivery, finance, procurement, and compliance teams.
• Maintain and manage legal documentation, templates, and contract repositories. Support internal legal advisory activities related to corporate and commercial matters. Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices impacting the organization
• Process Optimization: Drive improvements in contract workflows, approval processes, templates, and playbooks to reduce cycle time and enhance standardization.
• Stakeholder Training: Conduct training sessions for business, sales, procurement, and delivery teams on contracting best practices, legal risks, and policy updates.
• Technology: Lead implementation or optimization of CLM tools, e-signature systems, and digital repositories to improve efficiency and governance.
