We are seeking an experienced Manager- Commercial to oversee service contract administration, contractor performance management, cost optimization, and compliance across our manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all service contractors deliver as per contractual obligations while supporting operational efficiency and business objectives
.
Key Responsibiliti
es
Develop and implement systems for monitoring contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitmen
ts. Conduct regular reviews of service quality, work completion timelines, and contractor effectiveness through audits and field verificati
on. Manage contractor scorecards, performance evaluations, and improvement plans while recommending corrective actions when requir
ed. Identify opportunities for cost reduction through scope optimization, contract restructuring, and evaluation of in-house versus outsourced servic
es. Review, revise, and strengthen contract terms and conditions to improve operational efficiency and minimize organizational ri
sk.



Ensure proper documentation, record management, and compliance with contractual obligatio
ns. Identify contractual and operational risks and implement mitigation strategi
es. Drive adherence to HSE, IMS, statutory, and legal compliance requirements across all service contrac
ts.

file
Graduate or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Business Administration, or related discip
line.12+ years of exper ience in Contract Management, Commercial, Procurement, or Supply Chain funct
ions. Robust understanding of contract drafting, vendor management, service procurement, and contractor performance monito
ring. Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management sk
ills. Experience in Steel, Ferro Alloys, Power, Mining, or Manufacturing industries will be prefe
rred. Professional certifications in Contract Management
