Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning Teach Chemistry for Grades 11–12 in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Deliver engaging lessons focused on conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and application-based learning.
Plan and execute laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and practical sessions safely and effectively.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, practical records, and revision schedules.




Guide students in Board Examination preparation and laboratory practicals.
Laboratory & Practical Work Ensure protected and efficient functioning of the Chemistry laboratory.
Maintain laboratory records, inventory, chemicals, and equipment.
Promote hands-on learning and scientific inquiry through experiments and activities.
Student Progress & Academic Support Track student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and observations.
Provide remediation and academic mentoring for students requiring additional support.
Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific temperament among students.
Collaboration & Communication Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic progress and support needs.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning.
Participate actively in PTMs, meetings, workshops, and training programmes.
