We’re Hiring: UGC & Content Creator / Social Media Marketing Specialist
I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and results-driven UGC & Content Creator / Social Media Marketing Specialist who can manage the full content and marketing process from start to finish.
Significant: This role is not for someone who only makes videos, creates posts, or converts content. I need someone who can handle everything — creating videos, writing content, posting, managing engagement, analyzing performance, and helping with overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating UGC-style videos, reels, posts, captions, stories, and other content
- Managing all social media platforms such as Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, Tik Tok, X, and other channels
- Planning, scheduling,



and posting content consistently
- Writing strong captions, hooks, marketing copy, and call-to-actions
- Monitoring comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Analyzing post performance, engagement, reach, and audience response
- Suggesting improvements based on analytics and results
- Researching trends, competitors, hashtags, and content ideas
- Helping with branding, promotions, campaigns, and social media growth
- Managing the full process from content idea to posting, engagement, and performance review
Requirements:
- Experience with UGC, content creation, and social media marketing
- Ability to create videos and content, not just edit or repost
- Strong understanding of engagement, analytics, and marketing
- Good writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas
- Comfortable managing multiple social media platforms
- Able to work independently and take
