Job Summary / About the Role
ARSoft Consulting is seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer / AI Developer (AI Model Training) with 2–4 years of professional experience to design, develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent applications powered by Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
The ideal candidate should possess solid programming skills, practical experience in model training and optimisation, and a passion for solving complex business problems using modern AI technologies. Experience with Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI services will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Build scalable AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.




- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Prepare, clean, and transform structured and unstructured datasets for model training.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and optimise models for accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM responses.
- Integrate AI models with REST APIs, web applications, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts.
- Deploy AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor deployed models and continuously improve model performance.
- Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, and responsible AI best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
