POSITION OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate must have solid test‑automation expertise, solid knowledge of capital‑markets equity products, a good understanding of the FIX protocol, and sound software‑testing fundamentals, together with high analytical ability and attention to detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, design and execute functional as well as automation test cases.
Develop and maintain automated scripts using UFT, API‑based automation tools, and the Robot Framework..
Apply analytical and logical programming skills at a conceptual level.
Demonstrate a proactive, agile, independent, and self‑motivated work style.
Software‑testing fundamentals
Jira, Confluence (Wiki), Service Now
Scripting: Windows commands, shell scripting, Python scripting
Strong problem‑solving approach and analytical skills
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE (MUST‑HAVE)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
MCA, B. E./B. Tech or an equivalent qualification.
Proven hands‑on experience with UFT, API‑based automation tools, and the Robot Framework.




In‑depth knowledge of the FIX protocol and capital‑markets equity products.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux, SQL, and Python scripting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver results in a high‑pressure environment.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE (NICE‑TO‑HAVE)
Familiarity with additional testing tools or continuous‑integration pipelines.
Exposure to other programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Power Shell).
Prior experience in the APAC equities‑trading domain.
Python (including libraries for test automation)
