Role Purpos
e The Executive Assistant (Strategy) to the Director will serve as the strategic support to the Director, driving high-impact business initiatives, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy projects, sales transformation programs, growth opportunities, and cross-functional execution across the organization
. The role requires a highly analytical and business-oriented professional who can combine consulting rigor with execution excellence. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, business heads, sales teams, marketing, product management, and external stakeholders to formulate, track, and implement strategic priorities that accelerate business growth and market leadership
. The position is designed as a high-visibility leadership pipeline role, providing exposure to corporate strategy, sales excellence, channel development, business transformation, and executive decision-making. This combines strategic planning, project management, market intelligence, business analytics, and leadership support responsibilities
