Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented E-commerce Ads Manager to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Tik Tok Shop (US, Canada, UK and India markets).
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising, campaign optimization, and marketplace growth strategies. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently manage deadlines during peak sales periods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces.
Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, ACOS, TACOS, and overall sales growth.
Create and optimize e-commerce product listings and marketplace creatives.
Plan and manage Sponsored Ads,



Sponsored Brand Ads, and Sponsored Video Ads campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams for listings, creatives, and inventory planning.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
Manage multiple campaigns while achieving business goals and performance targets.
Utilize marketing and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Analytics, and general reporting tools.
Candidate Requirements
3+ years of experience in e-commerce advertising and campaign management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
Solid analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
Strong sense of ownership and execution
