About the Company:
Polar Quality India is a quick-growing importer and distributor of premium seafood and specialty foods in India. We operate across multiple metro cities with teams in sales, operations, culinary development, and import documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1 . Social Media Management & Content Creation
· Manage all company social media platforms, creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
· Develop, maintain, and execute a consistent social media content calendar.
· Design and produce creative assets (graphics, short-form videos, copy) tailored to the premium food industry.
2. Digital Marketing & Strategy
· Implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate B2 B and B2 C leads.
· Manage digital campaigns, including email marketing and paid social media advertising, to maximize reach and ROI.
3. Digital Analytics
· Monitor online engagement, track campaign performance, and analyze key metrics.




· Use data-driven insights to optimize digital outreach, adjust strategies, and report on growth to management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience (0 – 2 years) and robust knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM basics, and social media management platforms
· Strong written and spoken English, with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills for professional digital communication.
· A creative mindset with a strong eye for digital brand aesthetics and current social media trends.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
