Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Tech Lead to lead the architecture, governance, and technical delivery of enterprise-scale SFMC solutions across a complex multi-region transformation programme. The ideal candidate will own SFMC standards, architecture, pattern governance, and release readiness, while ensuring scalable, compliant, and business-aligned customer engagement solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customer journey orchestration, data integration, release governance, and enterprise delivery leadership, with the ability to guide teams through both accelerated implementation phases and downstream delivery activities.
