About the role
We are looking for a talented and execution-driven Interior Designer to join our team in Recent Delhi. You will work directly in the Founder's Office and with our external architects to shape the visual identity of new SJB store fit-outs, from concept to handover.
This is not a desk role. You will be involved across the full lifecycle of store design: ideation, BOQ reviews, vendor coordination, and site walkthroughs. If you love specialty coffee culture and want your work to live in spaces people fall in love with every day, this is your seat.
What you will do
Develop concept boards, floor plan layouts, and detailed design drawings for new SJB store fit-outs across India Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material schedules, and finish specifications in coordination with contractors and vendors Work with external architects and project managers to ensure design intent is faithfully executed on site Maintain SJB's visual brand language across all store formats — from high-street cafés to airport and institutional kiosks Source and evaluate furniture, fixtures, lighting, signage, and props aligned with SJB's aesthetic direction Conduct site visits and inspections to track design compliance during construction and fit-out phases Create mood boards, presentation decks, and design documentation for internal stakeholders and franchise partners Maintain timelines using project trackers (Excel/Gantt) and flag design or scope d
