Role Overview
As the Operations Manager – Founder's Office, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end operations of the business. This role requires a strategic and execution-focused skilled who can oversee Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Customer Operations, Vendor Management, Marketplace Operations, and Cross-functional Coordination.
You will work directly with the Founder to streamline business operations, improve efficiencies, implement scalable processes, and support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Business Operations
Work closely with the Founder to execute operational strategies and business priorities. Drive end-to-end operational excellence across all business functions. Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. 2) Supply Chain & Procurement




Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from sourcing to customer delivery. Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement. Optimize procurement planning and vendor performance. 3) Inventory Management
Monitor inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment. Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and sales channels. Conduct inventory audits and implement inventory control measures. 4) Warehouse & Fulfillment
Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. Ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining operational SLAs. Improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency. 5) Logistics & Delivery
Manage courier and third-party logistics (3 PL) partners. Monitor shipping performance, delivery timelines, and logistics costs. Ensure smooth last-mile delivery and reverse logistics operations. 6) Customer Operations
