Department: Marketing – Vegetable Seeds
Reports To: Crop Lead – Vegetable Seeds
Job Purpose:
The Management Trainee will support the execution of marketing strategies for the Vegetable Seeds business, with a primary focus on driving farmer engagement initiatives and strengthening product adoption at the field level.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute farmer engagement programs such as field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field days
Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for vegetable seed products
Collaborate with Sales and Field teams to enhance product visibility and farmer outreach
Conduct field visits to gather market intelligence, farmer insights, and competitor activity
Assist in product positioning and communication strategies based on on-ground feedback
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and submit periodic reports
Contribute to branding, demand generation, and lead conversion activities
Educational Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing/MBA Ag
Specialization or exposure to Rural Marketing / Agri-Business preferred
Experience:
0–2 years of relevant experience
Fresh graduates may be considered for Management Trainee role.
