Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Server Engineer or similar role in a large-scale enterprise workplace.
- In-depth knowledge of server hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource utilization
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for server-related issues
- Maintain documentation for incidents, configurations, and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standard
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
