Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring efficient, scalable processes across New Age Farming's supply chain and business functions. This role includes planning and coordinating production schedules,



monitoring inventory and order fulfillment, and optimizing logistics for farm-to-business deliveries and B2 B produce supply. The Operations Manager will collaborate with farming, sales, and customer success teams to maintain consistent product quality, improve operational performance, and support sustainable agriculture initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing standard operating procedures, tracking operational metrics, managing vendor and partner relationships, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
