Hiring: Systems Software Senior Engineer (Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant)
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 Days Office)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience: 5–8 Years
We are looking for an experienced Systems Software Senior Engineer / Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS modules and be capable of supporting business-critical HR and payroll operations.
Key Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Modules
- Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits
- Hands-on experience with Absence Management and Fast Formulas
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ability to support month-end payroll and HR operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management
- Configure and develop Rapid Formulas as per business requirements
- Provide production support during month-end close activities
- Analyze business requirements and recommend effective solutions
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and enhancements
- Coach business users and team members on solution adoption and best practices
