Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Books closure, MIS reporting, IA & Stat Audit closure, and supporting strategic financial initiatives in a energetic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy of books of accounts and general ledger maintenance.
• Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and financial controls.
Taxation & Compliance
• Engage with Internal audit and ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other consultants and regulatory authorities when required.
• Keep track of changes in financial and taxation regulations.
Audit & Internal Controls
• Coordinate and manage statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.
• Assist in risk assessment and implementation of corrective measures.
MIS & Financial Analysis
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide actionable insights
