Role Description The Client Success Manager – Edtech/Education is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing end-to-end client relationships,



ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and effective guidance throughout the learner's journey. The Client Success Manager will monitor learner progress, address concerns, and coordinate with counseling, academic, and operations teams to ensure timely support and high satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting follow-up calls and meetings, resolving service issues, analyzing feedback, and implementing retention strategies for individual learners and institutional clients. The role also includes preparing client reports, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities in Aimlay's course portfolio, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall client experience.
