Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Protection SME to lead and govern enterprisewide Data Loss Prevention DLP and Cybersecurity Risk Management initiatives The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders ensuring that data protection controls are aligned with regulatory risk and business objectives
Key Responsibilities
Lead DLP governance sessionsworkshops with internal and client stakeholders
Define review and enforce DLP policies and data classification standards
Drive cybersecurity risk identification assessment and mitigation
Collaborate with business legal compliance and IT teams to embed data protection controls
Design and optimize DLP and CASB solutions across onprem and cloud environments
Act as an escalation point for data protection incidents and governance decisions
Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance and cybersecurity frameworks
Prepare and present risk reports and governance updates to senior stakeholders
Primary Skills Mandatory




Strong experience in Cybersecurity Risk Management DLP Governance
Proven experience in leading DLP governance forums sessions
Expertise in stakeholder management client leadership level
Handson experience with at least 2 or more DLP CASB tools
Symantec DLP
Mc Afee CASB
Microsoft Information Protection MIP Data Classification
Strong understanding of data classification and information protection frameworks
CISSP Certification Mandatory
Secondary Skills Good to Have
Experience with CASB Cloud Access Security Broker solutions
Solid knowledge of DLP policy design tuning and enforcement
Good understanding of cybersecurity risk frameworks and governance models
Experience in data leakage prevention strategies and controls
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security standards
