About the Role
Homedge Interior Pvt. Ltd. is a premium interior solutions and furniture brand, delivering high-quality modular furniture, loose furniture, and turnkey interior projects to retail and B2 B clients.
We are expanding aggressively and are seeking a high-caliber Sales Head who will own revenue generation, lead the sales team, and drive the company's business growth across Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and beyond.
We are looking for a battle-tested sales skilled with a proven track record of closing high-ticket interior and furniture projects, an active industry network that can generate business and drive to build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
Job Overview
As Sales Head, you will be the single point of ownership for all revenue-generating activities at Homedge Interior Pvt. Ltd.
You will lead the sales, design, and estimation teams; develop and execute monthly and annual sales strategies, and forge relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
You will represent the brand at the highest level — in boardrooms,



on project sites, and in client presentations — and will be directly accountable to the Director for all sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for retail and B2 B sales. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy covering interior solutions, turnkey projects, modular furniture, and loose furniture. Identify and pursue high-ticket project opportunities with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients. Drive the full sales cycle — from lead identification and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
