Job Responsibilities -
· Initiate, build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Contemporary Trade & horeca channels.
· Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
· Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities, along with Manager.
· Store visits as per agreed frequency and guidelines.
· Develop and implement merchandising plans to enhance product visibility and presence on
shelves.
· Monitor and optimize product assortments to meet customer demands.
· Work closely with Manager and planning team to ensure timely and accurate product availability and avoidance of stock outs.
· Coordinate with depot/distributor to ensure timely servicing of purchase orders received from customers, within agreed timeline.
· Ensure stocks supplied to customers are as per norms of shelf-life guidelines of customers. Manage stocks on shelves basis 'First Manufacture First Out' (FMFO) principles.
· Capture and analyze secondary sales and offtake data for own brands, along with market trends, to accurately forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
· Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on market trends and customer
feedback.
