Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the NPK QA/QC Laboratory operations
Ensure accurate testing and analysis of fertiliser products as per ISO and AOAC standards
Oversee laboratory instruments, calibration, method validation, and preventive maintenance
Drive quality assurance, regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop the laboratory team
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies
Ensure laboratory safety, documentation, traceability, and timely reporting
