Group Manager – Corporate Communication
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Communications leader to drive the organization’s communication agenda across internal and external stakeholders. This role will be responsible for shaping and strengthening the corporate narrative, enhancing brand reputation, and enabling business growth through impactful communication strategies.
The incumbent will lead the Corporate Communications function, partnering closely with senior leadership to design and execute integrated communication programmes that reinforce the organization’s identity, values, and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on communication, brand positioning, and reputation management.
Drive consistent, compelling messaging across all communication channels and stakeholder groups.
Internal & External Communications




Lead internal communications to enhance employee engagement, alignment, and culture.
Oversee external communications, including media relations, public relations, and corporate messaging.
Manage executive communications, ensuring leadership visibility and thought leadership positioning.
Brand, PR & Media Relations
Build and strengthen the organization’s brand presence across traditional and digital platforms.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with key media, journalists, and industry influencers.
Drive proactive PR initiatives, media outreach, and high-impact storytelling to enhance visibility.
Identify and leverage opportunities for positive brand representation across platforms.
Digital & Thought Leadership
Lead digital communication and social media strategy to amplify brand presence.
Position senior leadership as credible industry voices through strategic communication and media engagement.
