We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President – Marine Operations for a senior shore-based leadership role.
Eligibility Criteria:
NCV Master Certificate holder.
Extensive experience in sailing and managing coastal tugs in India.
Willing to transition into or continue in a shore-based managerial position.
Key Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to liaise with port authorities, clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
Thorough knowledge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards and implementation.
Experience in crew management, training, and performance monitoring.
Sound understanding of maritime regulations, statutory compliance, and operational best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Team player with a proactive and qualified approach.
Candidates with relevant tug operations experience and a strong track record in marine management are encouraged to apply.
