Key Responsibilities
Lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution; develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and client presentations; prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed documentation using Auto CAD and Sketch Up; coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution; oversee material selection, furniture detailing,



and project timelines; conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve design challenges; and ensure projects are delivered in line with design intent, budget, and schedule.
Experience & Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Mandatory) Strong proficiency in Auto CAD and Sketch Up Experience with Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or V-Ray for visualization Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and presentation software Strong understanding of space planning, construction detailing, materials, and luxury residential interiors Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams Excellent design sensibility, communication, and project management skills Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced design environment
