Position Summary




The Director Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents. This includes conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments (specifically for neurodevelopmental, cognitive, and behavioral concerns such as Autism and ADHD), providing evidence-based individual and group therapy, contributing to patient care planning, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services & Patient Care:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments using standardized tools (e.g., INCLEN, ISAA, M-CHAT, standard IQ batteries) for children and adolescents with rehabilitation needs. Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including: Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) principles Family therapy and parent training Psychoeducation and adjustment counselling
