Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior Student Counsellor. Responsibilities include guiding students through the study abroad process, providing tailored career counseling, and assisting with admissions and visa-related inquiries for Canada, France, UK & Germany.



The role involves regular communication with students and maintaining an excellent support experience to address their academic and career concerns effectively. Collaboration with internal teams for ensuring seamless service delivery is also essential.
Qualifications
Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Experience in Academic counselling, Sales and business development.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to build robust relationships with students and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary as per current market standards and based on candidate experience
Experience of 1 year in study abroad guidance and immigration consulting is a plus.
