Role Overview
We are looking for highly driven Launch Leads to manage and execute center launches across multiple cities in India. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role involving pre-sales, post-sales, on-ground activations, training center managers, and ensuring smooth launch execution end-to-end.
The role requires extensive pan-India travel and the ability to thrive in quick-paced,



ambiguous environments while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end launch execution across multiple cities
Drive pre-sales and post-sales activities for new center launches
Execute on-ground BTL marketing and retail sales initiatives
Train and onboard center managers on processes, sales, and operations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth launch readiness
Monitor launch performance and solve on-ground operational challenges
Travel extensively across India based on business requirements
Ideal Candidate
Fresher or candidate with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in B2 C sales
Willingness to work on-ground across activities ranging from BTL marketing to retail sales
Comfortable with extensive pan-India travel and field execution
High resilience and comfort with field-facing, high-energy execution roles
Proficient in Hindi and English, with working knowledge of MS Office
