Key Responsibilities
Design STEM-based hands-on activities for kids from concept to execution
Build end-to-end lesson plans aligned to learning objectives and age groups
Author the Product Book — the definitive guide for every Atum X product
Write User Manuals covering assembly, usage, and troubleshooting
Script instructional and promotional video content
Develop student workbooks and activity worksheets suited for young learners
Design formative and summative assessments
Qualifications Must Have:
Degree in Engineering,
Education, Instructional Design, STEM Pedagogy, or related field
Strong understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy and age-appropriate learning design
Ability to write across formats — print, digital, and video
Ability to translate technical product knowledge into simple, engaging content for kids
Excellent written English | Tamil proficiency is a bonus
2+ years experience preferred — Freshers with portfolios encouraged to apply
Positive to Have:
Background in robotics, electronics, or STEM education for children
Experience writing video scripts or storyboarding educational content for young audiences
Familiarity with PBL or inquiry-based learning frameworks for kids
