Job Details:
Direct & Indirect Taxation: Undertaking compliances for various jurisdictions – India, US, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Germany
India Direct Taxation:
- Preparation of Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing,



Income Tax Returns, and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability of clauses, sections etc. and information through effective co-ordination with various functions of all regions.
- Undertaking detailed study of case history, legal research on issued involved and preparation of appeals/submissions to be submitted before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP and ITAT
- Providing consultancy on TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by Indian entities after analyzing treaty advantages.
Indirect Taxation:
- Responsible for overall management of Indirect Tax Compliance, Planning, Litigation, Partnering with Business, Audit and Assessments, etc. of all regions.
- Identify/Suggest alternative solutions strategy to ensure that there is minimal leakage of Indirect taxes
- Ensure timely replies to all notices from tax authorities
