What will you do in a nutshell?
As a Community Associate, you will be the face and vibe of the community—planning, executing, and hosting engaging events for 500+ residents. You'll play a crucial role in boosting resident satisfaction, fostering community bonding, and creating memorable shared experiences at the property level.




Your role in detail
Organize, and execute 1–3 on-ground engagement events per month. Anchor and host events—confidently addressing large groups and creating an energetic environment. Propose and suggest event ideas based on crowd interest, seasonality, and feedback. Coordinate with vendors, internal ops, and client teams to ensure smooth event execution. Build strong resident rapport by interacting regularly, listening to suggestions, and creating an inclusive culture. Serve as the bridge between Zolo's central team, the client, and on-ground operations for all community activities. What We're Looking For
A people-person with a flair for public speaking and engaging crowds of 500–700+. Creative and organized with a basic understanding of event planning and crowd engagement.
