About the Role
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic MBA graduates to join our Operations & Supply Chain team as Management Trainees. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and process improvement initiatives. The selected candidates will undergo structured learning and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day e-commerce supply chain and plant operations. Coordinate order processing, inventory planning, and dispatch activities. Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.



Work with warehouse, production, logistics, and marketplace teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Track key operational metrics such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and delivery timelines. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards. Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution. Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain. Undertake projects and assignments as part of the Management Trainee Programme. Eligibility
