Experience: 0.6 – 3 Years
Department: Administration / Travel Operations
Key Responsibilities:
✈️ Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rail, and ground transportation.
Handle travel requests while ensuring adherence to company policies and budget guidelines.
Book and manage travel through platforms such as Make My Trip, Yatra, Ease My Trip, Cleartrip, Goibibo, , Expedia, and other booking portals.
Process visa applications and coordinate timely approvals.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, embassies, visa service providers, and travel vendors.
Maintain travel records, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:




✔ Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism degree/diploma preferred)
✔ 6 months to 3 years of experience in corporate travel or travel desk operations
✔ Hands-on experience with travel booking portals and reservation systems
✔ Robust knowledge of visa processing for USA, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Gulf countries, and other destinations
✔ Understanding of passport, immigration, travel insurance, and forex processes
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple travel requests and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience handling corporate travel for medium to large organizations
⭐ Knowledge of international travel regulations and travel risk management
⭐ Familiarity with travel expense management systems and ERP platforms
