Head – Internal Audit
We are looking for an experienced audit professional with solid exposure to manufacturing environments to lead enterprise-wide internal audit, governance, compliance, and risk initiatives across domestic and international operations.
Ideal Background:
15+ years of experience in Internal Audit / Risk / Compliance
Qualified CA is mandatory
Prior experience in Large manufacturing setups preferred
Strong exposure to plant audits, process audits, IFC, governance, and risk management
Experience working with senior leadership, Audit Committees, and cross-functional stakeholders
Knowledge of SAP, audit analytics, and regulatory compliance frameworks will be an advantage

Risk-based audit planning
Manufacturing & operational audits
Overseas subsidiary audits
Internal controls & governance
Fraud risk and investigation reviews
Regulatory and statutory compliance monitoring
Team leadership and capability building
