About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Education Counsellor to handle student counselling, admission enquiries, lead follow-ups, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, fees, and admissions.
Manage and follow up with assigned leads.
Convert qualified leads into applications and admissions.
Maintain CRM and lead records.
Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Handle student queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with colleges and internal teams.
Support junior counsellors when required.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or EdTech.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Strong follow-up, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Experience with CRM/lead management is preferred.
