About the Role
The Senior Director, Home Sourcing is a leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end global sourcing strategy, matrix management, and operational excellence for Walmart’s Home (General Merchandising) portfolio. In this role, you will champion an Every Day Low Cost (EDLC) and omni-merchant mindset to deliver exceptional value, quality, and product safety to millions of end consumers. You will be responsible for defining the long-term sourcing roadmap, mitigating supply chain vulnerabilities, and using data-driven insights to manage multi-million-dollar business portfolios.
As a strategic orchestrator, you will partner seamlessly with global merchants, product developers, and cross-functional teams to categorize and scale a highly capable factory and vendor network. Beyond operational governance,



you will serve as a key organizational leader—diagnosing talent capability gaps, driving digital-forward change management, and building a highly engaged team rooted in integrity, compliance, and Walmart’s Open-Door culture.
