About the Role
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer projects and
providing exceptional service to our customers. You will oversee the coordination of internal teams
to complete projects within a specified time-frame and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition,
you will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and problem resolution for our
customers.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer projects from Discovery through successful implementation.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Lead the Customer Support and Data teams to achieve operational excellence.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Plan, organize, and deliver customer training programs.
Maintain customer service records, support tickets, and project documentation.
Allocate resources and manage service request schedules.
Generate productivity, service, and performance reports for management.
Provide technical support during customer implementations and sales demonstrations.




Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Identify team training requirements and conduct coaching sessions.
Develop and implement customer service best practices and operational strategies.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to improve service delivery.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications
B. E. / B. Tech (Mandatory)
12–15 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Technical Support Management.
Strong IT background.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing customer-facing teams and enterprise clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple priorities.
