Location: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana (Onsite)

Work Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Review, validate, and reconcile weekly consultant timesheets. Prepare and submit client invoices; manage end-to-end billing cycles. Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Process US payroll (W2 & 1099) using tools like ADP Work on accounting software such as Quick Books/Ceipal. Perform bank, payroll, and AR/AP reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel. Communicate directly with US clients and lead client calls. Understand client requirements and provide accounting support. Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication and capable of leading work independently.
Tools & Skills:
1-3+ years of experience in US accounting/US IT staffing/consulting (robust plus). Prior experience in client communication and handling client calls is mandatory. Strong knowledge of accrual accounting concepts. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Hands-on experience with Quick Books or similar tools Experience with US payroll tools Solid understanding of US payroll, billing, invoicing, and collections Proven experience in reconciliations and payment follow-ups.
