Pre-Sales Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE
Honor Vet Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Analyst to support business development and proposal management activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry or working with Federal Clients and possess solid research, analytical, and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to identify client requirements
• Support proposal preparation, bid submissions, and sales documentation
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities
• Prepare presentations, capability statements, and client-facing materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for proposals and responses
• Track federal and commercial contract opportunities through various portals
• Maintain proposal repositories, client databases, and business development records




• Generate reports related to sales pipeline and proposal activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• MBA preferred but not mandatory
Technical Skills
• Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, US Federal Contracting, or Proposal Management
• Understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFI processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience with procurement portals such as SAM.gov or GSA is preferred
• Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills
