Position- Principal – Nursing College
Location- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Qualification- M. Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
Additional qualifications in Nursing Education, Administration, or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of post-M. Sc. Nursing experience in Nursing Education.
Proven experience in academic administration and leadership roles.
Experience in handling regulatory compliance, inspections, and accreditation processes.
Strong faculty management and institutional development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functions of the Nursing College.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage inspections, audits, and accreditation activities.
Oversee faculty recruitment, development, performance management, and retention.
Monitor academic quality,



curriculum implementation, and student outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies for institutional growth and excellence.
Maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies, management, faculty, students, and other stakeholders.
Desired Skills
Solid leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of nursing education standards and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive organizational development.
Compensation
₹1.20 Lakhs – ₹1.25 Lakhs per month (based on experience and suitability).
