Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic leader to expand our Institutional Channel and drive growth across key markets. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling AUM, strengthening partner relationships, and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional sales strategy to achieve AUM growth and market share Build and manage relationships with MFDs, IFAs, and institutional partners Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-potential partners Track sales performance, analyze market trends,



and implement growth strategies Strengthen client engagement to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights to senior management Engage with key stakeholders including regulators and industry bodies What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Mutual Fund / Asset Management sales Proven leadership experience with strong distribution network (MFDs) Deep understanding of mutual fund products and regulatory landscape Strong communication, relationship management & leadership skills Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Certification: NISM VA (mandatory before joining)
