We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to support business growth in the Solar segment by generating inquiries, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion in mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive H igh-Quality Inquiry Generation and build a strong pipeline across Solar (PV Cell Manufacturing) and Semiconductor (OSAT & Fab Chips) segments
Proactively Identify, Pursue, and Convert New Business Opportunities in quick-growing, technology-driven markets
Build Powerful, long-term relationships with EPCs, manufacturers, fabs, OSAT players, and key decision-makers
Own the Complete sales journey — from first connect to proposal, negotiation, and successful deal closure
Collaborate with Design, Projects, and Technical Teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to clients
Create, present, and follow up on I mpactful Techno-Commercial Proposals that win business
Maintain a High-Energy Sales Pipeline , ensuring consistent tracking, follow-ups, and conversions
Stay ahead by Tracking market trends, Competitor movements and Emerging opportunities in Solar & Semiconductor industries
Represent the company with confidence in Client meetings, Presentations, and Strategic discussions
Drive Faster Decision-Making and Closures through proactive communication and strong stakeholder management
Demonstrate a Solution-Oriented Approach in addressing client requirements and business challenges
Maintain a customer-centric approach in all client interactions and solutions
