We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands content, culture, and community. Someone who can spot trends before everyone else, tell stories that people actually want to watch, and help shape one of India's fastest-growing activewear brands.
What You'll Do
Own Fitkin's social media strategy across Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and emerging platforms. Plan and execute monthly content calendars. Conceptualize and produce high-performing Reels and short-form content. Work closely with the founder to build founder-led content and personal branding. Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and creators to bring ideas to life.



Manage influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns. Build and engage our online community. Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content. We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience managing social media for a D2 C, fashion, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle brand. Robust understanding of Instagram, Reels, and content trends. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. A creative thinker with strong execution and project management abilities. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys taking ownership. Bonus Points If you
Love fitness, fashion, or consumer brands. Have experience working with creators and influencers. Have an eye for aesthetics and premium brand storytelling. Are comfortable being on set and directing content shoots. Location: New Delhi (In-office)
