Client Solutions Partner
We are actively looking for a high-energy, customer-facing Client Solutions Partner (3–6 years' experience) to join our Noida office and drive solutioning, industry demos, and client engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
High-energy, proactive, and customer-facing personality Strong presentation and storytelling skills Comfortable conducting face-to-face (F2 F) meetings with CXOs and business stakeholders Ability to understand client pain points and map them to technology solutions Confident in delivering industry-specific demos and solution walkthroughs Strong ownership mindset with a consultative approach Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience Required
3–6 years of experience in Client Solutions, Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting roles Experience working with IT services, product engineering, AI/Gen AI, digital transformation, or software solutions companies Exposure to enterprise domains such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Healthcare,



or similar industries is preferred Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and requirements Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions Deliver compelling product, platform, and industry-specific demonstrations Prepare solution proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design customized solutions Support sales teams during client meetings, Proof of Concepts (Po Cs), and deal closures Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies Success Metrics
