We are looking for an experienced Program Manager, AI Initiatives with 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs. This role will drive the planning and execution of AI and Gen AI initiatives across the organization, working closely with product, engineering, data science, analytics, operations, security, legal, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management discipline, experience with AI/ML or data-driven initiatives, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies, and executive communications in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Bring approximately 8+ years of program or project management experience, with demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional technology, AI, ML, analytics, data, or automation initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI and Gen AI initiatives from ideation through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Gen AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG),



agentic systems, prompt-based workflows, and AI-powered enterprise solutions, with the ability to effectively engage technical and business teams on these topics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, analytics, operations, security, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Build and manage program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reporting across multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Drive prioritization and execution of AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, resource requirements, and strategic importance.
• Coordinate delivery across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity on scope, ownership, timelines, and expected outcomes.
